Unhappy Crash when click item in Inventory

I had this problem once before and I solved it by downloading an older graphics driver. A few days ago I tried updating my graphics driver to see if the problem was fixed. It was not, and now i can't find what my old graphics driver was. I got my help on this forum last time, but now with the new search thing I can't find the thread I started. Please help!

[EDIT] Oh! By the way, it is an Intel graphics driver. The number might have ended with like "4339" or something, I'm not sure...

Maybe you could try a system restore to a day earlier than the update. I don't know if it will work, but it's worth a shot...

I had the same problem and went to guildwars.com support. I ended up downgrading my graphics and it works fine. If you could post what computer you have and what kind of graphic card you have on support maybe they will point you out where to download the downgrade version of your pc. Also, try going to the site of the brand/manufacturer of your graphics driver. You can access their download section and just pick the one that has the downgrade version of your pc. I hope everything works out!

I hate seeing that blue screen saying something like error whatever. Good luck!

I had a similar problem, where some skill graphics were distorted, all crafting material images were missing, and certain items didn't show. When I attempted to use an Identification Kit, my PC would reboot itself.

I ran a quick windows update, it updated the video card drivers to the latest version, and it worked fine afterwards.

I'd suggest trying that, see how it works out. If that doesn't help, let me know and I'll do whatever I can to help you fix the problem.

You can easily roll back your graphics driver.

Right click My Computer -> Properties -> Hardware tab -> Device Manager -> Display Adapters. Highlight your display card. Right click and select Properties. Select the Drivers tab and click Roll Back Driver.

Wow! Thank You all so much! Especially you Tarun. I never knew about the roll back driver thing. I'm going to save those instructions incase this problem ever happens again.
